Dieta me Magdanoz

I zien 2litra uje dhe i len te ftofen pak. I merr 2 limona dhe 1 tufe magdanoz dhe i qet ne uje dhe rrine pak pasi te leshon e kullon dhe e qet ne shishe e fut ne frigorifer dhe e pin gjate 1 dite.kete uje e pregadite cdo dite

Dita e pare
(uji i pregaditur) Tere diten han patate te ziera dhe sallate te perzier. Guxon te pishe qaj dhe kafe me natreen
vitamina; kalcium, magnezium, Vit. C, Vit. E i pin cdo dite

Dita e dyte
Tere diten pin vetem qumesht dhe te tjerat, sallat+vitamina dhe ujin

Dita e trete
Tere diten han vetem laker dhe sallate vitaminat dhe ujin

Dita e katert
Tere diten han vetem mish, sallate vitamina ujin

Dita e peste
Jogurt, sallate vitmaina ujin

Dita e gjashte
Vetem djath dhe sallate vitamina ujin

Dita e shtate
Tere diten pine uje mineral, sallate vitaminat dhe ujin
